FDA Extends Comment Period for Unapproved Animal Drugs

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is extending the comment period for its notice on unapproved animal drugs until April 19, 2011, in response to requests for an extension, to allow interested persons additional time to submit comments on strategies to address the prevalence of these products in the US market.
