Medicaid Program; Community First Choice Option

This proposed rule implements Section 2401 of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) which establishes a new State option to provide home and community-based attendant services and supports. These services and supports may be offered through the Community First Choice State plan option.

This notice invites comment on a proposed information collection project titled Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement. The Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement provides rapid funding to help existing public health programs respond to major public health emergencies and crises.
