CO-OP Advisory Board to Hold Public Meeting on March 14, 2011, to Discuss Affordable Care Act Grants and Loans

The Consumer Operated and Oriented Plan (CO-OP) Advisory Board will hold its third public meeting to provide advice to the Secretary and Congress on the Department's strategy to create qualified nonprofit health insurance issuers, as outlined in Section 1322 of the Affordable Care Act.
