Celerity Partners IV, LLC and Allies Secure Tentative Approval for Acquisition of Three Carriers

Celerity Partners IV, LLC, along with its affiliates Celerity AHI Holdings SPV, LLC and All Aboard America! Holdings, Inc., have submitted an application to acquire control of Calco Travel, Inc., Hotard Coaches, Inc., and Industrial Bus Lines, Inc., with the Federal Railroad Administration tentatively approving the deal.
