FRA Proposes Expansion of Post-Accident Toxicological Testing for Non-Controlled Substances

The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) is proposing to add certain non-controlled substances to its standard post-accident testing panel, following research indicating that many railroad employees use prescription and over-the-counter medications, which are often non-controlled substances.
