FMCSA Revises Guidance on Binding Arbitration Under the Administrative Dispute Resolution Act of 1996

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is revising its guidance on binding arbitration under the Administrative Dispute Resolution Act of 1996, eliminating the 'Night Baseball' format and replacing it with a new format where the arbitrator determines the final civil penalty and payment period. The revised guidance will also include minor typographical changes.
