National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences to Consider Exclusive Patent License to Modala Bio, Inc.

The National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences, part of the National Institutes of Health, Department of Health and Human Services, is considering granting Modala Bio, Inc., a Delaware-based company, an exclusive patent license to utilize the inventions described in the patents and patent applications listed in the supplementary information section of this notice.
