U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Rescinds Guidelines on Eliminating Discrimination in Vocational Education

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has rescinded the 1979 Guidelines for Eliminating Discrimination and Denial of Services on the Basis of Race, Color, National Origin, Sex, and Handicap in Vocational Education Programs, which were previously administered by the Department of Education (ED).
