Sikorsky Aircraft to Update Airworthiness Directive for S-64F Helicopters

The Federal Aviation Administration proposes to update an existing airworthiness directive for Sikorsky Aircraft-manufactured Model S-64F helicopters, which currently requires inspections and replacement of the main gearbox, to establish life limits for certain components and prevent fatigue cracking.
