Midwest Rail, LLC d/b/a Toledo, Lake Erie and Western Railway to Lease and Operate Exemption Granted by Norfolk Southern Railway Company

The U.S. Surface Transportation Board has granted Midwest Rail, LLC d/b/a Toledo, Lake Erie and Western Railway a lease and operation exemption to operate on Norfolk Southern Railway Company's tracks, allowing the railroad to continue providing service to its customers.
