FSCS Corporation and TMS West Coast, Inc. File Application to Acquire Assets of Coach America Holdings, Inc. Subsidiaries

On June 4, 2012, FSCS Corporation, TMS West Coast, Inc., and their affiliated companies, including Evergreen Trails, Inc. and Cabana Coaches, LLC, submitted a request to the U.S. Department of Transportation to acquire the assets of 12 interstate motor passenger carrier subsidiaries of Coach America Holdings, Inc. The proposed transaction aims to consolidate certain assets into Evergreen Trails, Inc. and others into Cabana Coaches, LLC.
