Cessna Aircraft Company Proposes New Airworthiness Directive for Certain Model 750 Airplanes
The Cessna Aircraft Company proposes a new airworthiness directive to address reports of loss of displayed airspeed on certain Model 750 airplanes, requiring inspections and replacements of cabin altitude/pitot static heater module assemblies, as well as updates to the flight manual procedures for resetting the pitot switch in case of pitot heater failure or total loss of airspeed indication to prevent reduced control of the airplane.
