Surface Transportation Board Proposes Changes to Rate Regulation Reforms
The Surface Transportation Board proposes to modify its rules to make its simplified procedures for resolving rate disputes more accessible, including increasing relief for one approach and doubling relief for another, as well as raising interest rates on reparations for unreasonable rates.
