FTA and SANBAG to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Redlands Passenger Rail Project

The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and San Bernardino Associated Governments (SANBAG) plan to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Redlands Passenger Rail Project, a proposed passenger rail project connecting San Bernardino and Redlands, California, in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969 and the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU).
