Surface Transportation Board Seeks OMB Approval for Information Collection Activities

The Surface Transportation Board is required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 to seek approval from the Office of Management and Budget for the collection of information related to motor carrier tariffs, specifically 'full-value' rates, which are rates under which the mover is liable for the full value of lost or damaged cargo.
