Bombardier Proposes New Airworthiness Directive for Certain DHC-8-400, -401, and -402 Airplanes

Bombardier, Inc. is proposing a new airworthiness directive to address an in-service incident involving a faulty propeller de-icing system on its Model DHC-8-400, -401, and -402 airplanes, which could affect flight characteristics in icing conditions.
