FMCSA Sets Time Limits for New Entrant Motor Carriers to Submit Corrective Action Evidence

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has established a 15-day deadline for new entrant motor carriers to submit evidence of corrective action following a safety audit failure notice, and a 10-day deadline for expedited action notices, or risk having their registration revoked and being placed out of service.
