USDA Adopts Final Rule for Kiwifruit Assessment Rate

The US Department of Agriculture has finalized a rule reducing the assessment rate for kiwifruit grown in California from $0.035 to $0.025 per 9-kilo container, effective for the 2013-14 fiscal period and beyond.
