US Department of Agriculture to Grant Exclusive License to Highland Specialty Grains for Feed Barley Variety

The US Department of Agriculture has announced its intention to grant an exclusive license to Highland Specialty Grains, Inc. for the use of a specific feed barley variety, RWA 1758, which was patented in 2007.
