Rare Element Resources, Inc. Submits Plan of Operation for Rare Earth Elements Mine in Wyoming's Black Hills National Forest

Rare Element Resources, Inc. has submitted a plan to build and operate a rare earth elements mine in the Black Hills National Forest, Wyoming, with the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Forest Service to conduct an Environmental Impact Statement to assess the project's environmental impact.
