USDA Amends Orders for Appalachian and Southeast Milk Marketing Areas

The US Department of Agriculture has finalized a rule amending the transportation credit balancing fund provisions and pooling provisions of the Appalachian and Southeast orders, following approval from more than the required number of producers in these marketing areas.
