US Department of Agriculture Temporarily Exempts Certain Potatoes from Quality and Inspection Requirements
The US Department of Agriculture has adopted a temporary exemption for yellow fleshed and white types of potatoes from quality and inspection requirements in Washington state, effective until June 30, 2014, in an effort to reduce industry expenses and increase producer and handler returns.
