Outsourcing Facility Fee Rates for Fiscal Year 2027

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has announced the fiscal year 2027 rates for establishment and reinspection fees for outsourcing facilities that compound human drugs and register under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. The rates include a small business establishment fee of $7,142, a non-small business establishment fee of $22,074, and a reinspection fee of $21,427.
