Notice of Request for Extension of Approval of Information Collection: Qualitative Feedback on Agency Service Delivery

The Food Safety and Inspection Service is seeking an extension of approval for a collection of customer feedback on its service delivery, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The Office of Management and Budget previously published a notice for comments on the original collection.
