Administrative Costs for Children in Title IV-E Foster Care: Proposed Rule Withdrawn

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has withdrawn a proposed rule regarding title IV-E administrative costs and eligibility determinations for children in foster care, which was published in the Federal Register on January 31, 2005, and would have affected the Social Security Act's sections 472 and 474.
