Process for Non-Land Grant College of Agriculture (NLGCA) Designation

The National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) must establish a process for institutions to apply for NLGCA designation, which allows them to qualify for exemptions and access to Capacity Building Grants, under the Agricultural Act of 2014.
