USDA Adopts New Assessment Rate for California Olive Committee

The USDA has finalized a rule reducing the assessment rate for California-grown olives from $21.16 to $15.21 per ton, effective for the 2014 fiscal year and beyond, to fund the marketing program administered by the California Olive Committee.
