NIFA Announces Draft Guidance for Competitive and Capacity Grants

The National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) has released a draft guidance document outlining its federal assistance policy, which will be updated based on public comments and reflect the requirements of the 2014 Agricultural Act and USDA's Office of Management and Budget Uniform Guidance.
