GIPSA Proposes Posting and Deposting of Stockyards Under Packers and Stockyards Act

The Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA) is proposing to post eight existing stockyards and depost one non-operating stockyard under the Packers and Stockyards Act, while also posting 10 previously identified stockyards and withdrawing six others due to non-compliance.
