USDA Revises Standards for Whole Dry Peas to Enhance Color Grading and Purity

The USDA's Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration is updating the standards for whole dry peas to introduce a new color grading factor for smooth yellow dry peas and define fair color yellow peas, aiming to improve marketing and purity of the whole dry peas classes.
