USDA Adopts Final Rule for Spearmint Oil Assessment Rate

The US Department of Agriculture has finalized a rule reducing the assessment rate for spearmint oil producers in the Far West from $0.10 to $0.09 per pound, effective for the 2014-2015 and subsequent marketing years.
