USDA Forest Service to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Big Rock Project in Monongahela National Forest, West Virginia

The USDA Forest Service plans to release an environmental impact statement for the Big Rock Project, a vegetation management project in the Monongahela National Forest, which will assess the potential environmental impacts of creating early successional forests, enhancing forest growth, and increasing wildlife habitat diversity in the 23,490-acre project area.
