USDA Forest Service to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Kahler Dry Forest Restoration Project in Umatilla National Forest

The USDA Forest Service will analyze the environmental impacts of vegetative treatment in the Kahler Creek area of the Umatilla National Forest, following a public scoping process that received numerous comments in 2013.
