US Food Safety Agency to Implement New Procedures for Handling E. coli Contaminated Beef
The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is introducing new procedures to quickly identify and recall beef products contaminated with E. coli O157:H7, following evidence suggesting contamination often occurs at the supplier level.
