Rural Housing Service Streamlines Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program

The Rural Housing Service has published an interim final rule to streamline its Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program, with an effective date of December 1, 2014, following a previously scheduled September 1, 2014 date that has been deferred.
