US Department of Agriculture Invites Public Comment on Proposed User Access Request Form

The US Department of Agriculture is seeking public comment on a proposed revision to its User Access Request Form FNS-674, which allows users to access current FNS systems, modify access, or remove user access, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
