US Proposes to Import Beef from Northern Argentina

The US Department of Agriculture is proposing to amend regulations allowing the importation of fresh beef from Northern Argentina, a region north of Patagonia, under certain conditions to ensure the safe importation of chilled or frozen beef while protecting against foot-and-mouth disease.
