Forest Service Proposes Permanent Guidance for Commercial Filming in Wilderness

The Forest Service is proposing to make permanent the interim directive for evaluating proposals for still photography and commercial filming on National Forest System Lands, aiming to establish consistent national criteria for special use permits in congressionally designated wilderness areas.
