Soybean Producers Reject Referendum on Promotion and Research Order

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Farm Service Agency reported that fewer than 56,999 soybean producers participated in a referendum on the Soybean Promotion and Research Order (SPRO), resulting in a proposal not being put to a vote, as only 355 producers submitted valid petitions.
