USDA Amends National Organic Program to Reflect NOSB Recommendations

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has finalized a rule amending the National List of Allowed and Prohibited Substances to reflect a recommendation from the National Organic Standards Board (NOSB) submitted in 2012, removing two expired substances and adding biodegradable biobased mulch film with restrictive annotations.
