Forest Service to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Beasley Pond Analysis Area in Florida

The U.S. Forest Service plans to conduct an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) to assess the effects of logging and related activities on 3,800 acres of forestland and grasslands in the Beasley Pond Analysis Area in Florida. This project is part of a larger land management plan and is subject to a pre-decisional objection process.
