USDA Revises Onion Standards to Allow Mixed Colors

The US Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) has revised the U.S. Standards for Grades of Creole Onions to align with modern marketing practices, allowing mixed colors of onions to be certified to a U.S. grade when sold in mixed or specialty packs.
