USDA Seeks Comments on Late Payment and Interest Charges for Processed Raspberry Promotion Order

The National Processed Raspberry Council is proposing changes to the Processed Raspberry Promotion, Research, and Information Order to allow for late payment and interest charges on past due assessments, which would help administer the program more effectively.
