USDA Adopts Final Rule for Idaho Potatoes, Modifying Container Requirements

The USDA has finalized a rule modifying container requirements for U.S. No. 2 grade potatoes grown in Idaho and Oregon, in response to market demands and to provide handlers with more flexibility in shipping the potatoes.
