Rural Housing Service Amends Definition of Rural Area

The RHS is updating its regulation to redefine 'rural' or 'rural area' following changes mandated by the 2014 Farm Bill, as part of the Agricultural Act of 2014 (P.L. 113-79). No public comments are being accepted for this final rule.
