US Amends Plant Import Regulations to Restrict Certain Countries and Items

The US Department of Agriculture is updating its regulations on importing plants for planting to address concerns over white rust of Chrysanthemum, potato cyst nematodes, and plum pox potyvirus, while also clarifying and streamlining the process for importing plants from certain countries, including Turkey, Canada, and the Netherlands.
