National Advisory Committee on Meat and Poultry Inspection to Review FSIS Chemical Hazard Management

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is hosting a public meeting on January 13 and 14, 2015, to gather input on FSIS's approach to managing chemical hazards in meat, poultry, and egg products, as part of its National Residue Program.
