Khapra Beetle; New Regulated Countries and Regulated Articles

The US is updating its khapra beetle regulations to reflect changes in industry practices and updated country names, removing the list of countries where the pest is known to occur from the regulations and moving it to the Plant Protection and Quarantine Web site to make timely changes to the list of regulated countries.
