The National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods (NACMCF) charter has been renewed in cooperation with the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), following a recommendation by the National Academy of Sciences Committee on Food Protection, Subcommittee on Microbiological Criteria, in 1985.
