DOE Releases Semiannual Regulatory Agenda

The Department of Energy has released its portion of the semiannual Unified Agenda of Federal Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions, which includes its Regulatory Plan, as required by Executive Order 12866 and the Regulatory Flexibility Act.
